How do I update my account profile?

You can update your profile by logging in to your account and clicking on “My Account” located on the top right-hand side of your screen. This will bring you directly into your profile. Click onto the “Update your Profile” button to make your changes. Please don’t forget to click on the “Submit Profile” button at the bottom to save your changes.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Please follow these steps to change your email address:

  1. Sign in to your Blog2Print account.
  2. Click the “My Account” link in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Click the “Edit email addresses” link that appears at the bottom left of “Your Profile.”
  4. Click the “Edit” link that appears on the right side of the screen under “What do you want to do?”
  5. Enter your current email address.
  6. Enter and confirm your new email address.

Click the “Change Email Address” button on the right side of the screen.

How do I change my password?

Yes. Please follow these steps to change your password:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the “My Account” link in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Click the “Change password” link in the bottom left of “Your Profile.”
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter and confirm your new password. (Your new password must be 6-to-8 characters long).
  6. Click the “Change Password” button on the right side of the screen.

What if I forget my username?

Click on the “Forgot your password?” button located beneath the username and password fields on the Returning Members Sign In page.
Enter the e-mail address you used to create your account.
Click the “Continue” button.
Your username will be emailed to you. If you’re still having problems with your username, please call our customer support team at 888-212-3121 or email support@xanedu.com

When I enter my Username and Password, I am told to please try again. What do I do?

If this is your first time attempting to sign in, you probably have not yet registered. Start a New Member account by clicking the “Free Registration” button located to the right of the Returning Members Sign In.
If you already have an account, click the “Forgot your password?” button and follow the directions to retrieve your correct login information.
